Kevin Weable

Kevin has been involved with advertising and marketing for a very long time. He was a design/advertising major in college for the first 3 1/2 years, but felt led to change it just before graduating. Shortly after graduating with a Bachelor's of Science in Health in May of 1996 from Texas A&M Commerce, Kevin went to work as a Territory Manager with Medicos Orthopedics, an orthopedic-focused medical supply company. Within a short time, Kevin shot up the ranks of the company and was soon in charge of the training of new Territory Managers. He also doubled the production of his territory within the first year and half of taking it over. He went on to acquire many new key accounts for the company and took initiative to land the company a national contract with the Veteran's Health Administration network of hospitals. He was then offered a position on the Management Team for Medicos Orthopedic which included himself, the President, Vice President, and COO of the company. Kevin went on to have a nearly 17 1/2 year career with Medicos until he decided to pursue a new path.

He has since been running a successful health and wellness business alongside his wife of 18 1/2 years, Cheyenne (a former elementary education teacher of 16 years). This has allowed him the freedom to pursue his passion for mission work in Vietnam. Kevin and Cheyenne have done in mission work in Vietnam since November of 2010 and have since been asked to lead the Vietnam side of the organization, Go.Be.Hope. (GBH). Kevin and Cheyenne lead team trips to Vietnam twice a year which focus on caring for the orphan, seeking justice for the oppressed, and coming alongside other believers there in efforts to bring immediate as well as eternal hope to the people of Vietnam. Kevin as been in charge of the "marketing" side of GBH for a while now which focuses on bringing awareness to their organization and their efforts in Vietnam.

Kevin has also been involved with a fundraising and marketing company, Full Impact Fundraising & Marketing, and helped get the marketing side of their business off the ground as the Marketing Manager. Also, this past year Kevin started his own website on which he sells his artwork, another passion of his. He has always had an entrepreneurial side to him which was evident in 2001 when he created a product that was focused on keeping debris out of the pistoning area of motorcycle suspension. He acquired a provisional patent for the product, formed a company, created a website, and marketed the product nationwide, eventually selling into other countries including Australia and Sweden. He sold the company in August of 2007 and the company is still going strong today.

Kevin actively participates in their church, Cornerstone Community Church of Rockwall, where he serves on the financial committee, serves as an usher, leads the prison pen-pal ministry, and is in the eldership process. Kevin and Cheyenne along with their two daughters, Jaycie and Macey, live in Rockwall and are very excited to be a part of the CORE™. The opportunity to help bring the missing piece of STEM focused education into North Texas is one that they definitely did not have to think twice about when it came to coming on board.
